Founded in 2005, Sadhbhavana took birth from a desire for excellence. Having realized the importance of education and its transformative potential, a group of individuals began to ponder about the unsatisfactory standards of quality in the education sector. Hailing from diverse business backgrounds ranging from finance to logistics, the group decided to set up a school with a difference one that would challenge the status quo and set the benchmark for other institutions. Mr KB Kumar is a distinguished educationist of rare insight. He is a thinker par excellence in the field and an internationally fortified Administrator, Educational Leader, Master-trainer, Curriculum and Pedagogy Expert, Principal and educational scientist with an unfailingly integrative vision. Former National Director at FIITJEE India Global School System, he served the Maldivian Ministry of Education as one of its senior most officers between 1999 and 2003. He was also Chief advisor or Consultant to several prestigious educational projects and programs. Of late he served the renowned Shri Ram Group (SRNH) as the Director (Senior Vice President) of its Educational Division. He brought up several new age schools and in-house-teacher academies in different parts serving them as Chief Adviser, Director or Founding Head. At the start of his career, he worked with Rishi Valley School, IGNOU and JN College.

She has a rich experience of more than 10 years in Research, Teaching and Administration and her career graph includes Senior Research Fellow and Research Associate in various Government sponsored projects, HOD & Bioinformatics Faculty, SAFI Institute of Advanced Studies, Academic Coordinator in the School of Distance Education, University of Calicut and Research Associate in the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kozhikode, among many. Praseetha is a teacher at heart and has worked as faculty in several institutions of repute training graduate and post graduate students also has an experience of conducting DBT sponsored training programmes for ICAR scientists organized by Bioinformatics center, IISR, Calicut. She has published a Bioinformatics book for Degree students of Calicut University & has also published several papers in National & International Journals during her career and is currently pursuing her PhD in Bioinformatics.
