Who We Are

Founded in 2005, Sadhbhavana was created with a clear purpose: to raise the standards of K–12 education by building schools that set genuine benchmarks in teaching, learning, and student wellbeing. The founding team, non-resident Indian professionals committed to meaningful educational change, began the journey by commissioning a research study led by prominent educational experts from across India. The study examined global practices, curriculum models, leadership structures, and child-centred methodologies, and its recommendations shaped the strategic plan for the Group’s first school.

With this foundation, Sadhbhavana World School opened in 2008. Over the years, it has grown into one of India’s most respected Cambridge schools, known for academic excellence, progressive practices, strong values, and a holistic approach to student development. Its consistent results, global and national toppers, and successful alumni reflect the school’s commitment to nurturing both competence and character. Today, it is widely recognised by parents, educators, and national ranking bodies, and is currently ranked No. 6 in India in the International School category.

The Group’s philosophy remains anchored in two pillars: research-based educational practice and deep cultural values. The aim has always been to help children grow not only as capable learners but as responsible, grounded individuals.

In 2015, the organisation expanded its presence internationally by announcing its flagship institution in the Middle East - Eminence Private School. This marked Sadhbhavana’s first major step beyond India and reinforced its belief that quality education can be built anywhere with the right systems, values, and leadership.

Sadhbhavana, initiated by a team comprising of educationist, businessmen, legal advisors, philanthropists and financial consultants, aims to be a global leader in school (K-12) education sector. The company offers its clients services in the lines of total school solutions that include, project planning and structuring, infrastructural planning, human resource development, school administration and management, quality auditing, academic planning and curriculum development, trading in school related products and urban development (educational communities). Sadhbhavana envisage a growth from a single entity company to a conglomerate by the year 2020. Built on a platform of research, Sadhbhavana is an organization, developed with a vision of bringing about new standards in education, knowledge generation and management. It stands as a platform for social transformation through guaranteeing quality in education.
